BETTY KOCH, 94, of Kitty Hawk, NC, formerly of Shadyside, OH died January 26, 2016.
Betty was born December 22, 1921 in Wheeling, WV a daughter of the late William and Louise Rose Dahn.
She was a retired supervisor of medical records at Belmont Community Hospital Bellaire, OH and was very active in the Shadyside Presbyterian Church.
Preceding her in death, was her husband, Stephen Koch Jr, Grandson, David Mahaffee and daughter-in-law Sue Merryman Koch.
Surviving are her children, Cherilyn (Gary) Mahaffee of Kitty Hawk, NC, and S. Douglas Koch of Venice, FL, seven grandchildren and nine great grandchildren.
Family and friends will be received Monday from 2-4pm & 6-8pm at Bauknecht-Altmeyer Funeral Homes and Crematory, 3900 Central Avenue Shadyside, Ohio where funeral services will be held at 11am Tuesday with Reverend David Roberts officiating.
Burial follows in Holly Memorial Gardens, Pleasant Grove, OH.
