Debbie Jo Fields, 59, of Bellaire, Ohio died Sunday November 5, 2017, at Belmont Community Hospital, Bellaire., OH.
Debbie was born October 27, 1958, in Bellaire Ohio a daughter of Margaret “Peggy” Petschauer Fields and the late Lawrence “Bud” Fields Sr.
She was an employee of ResCare Inc. of St Clairsville, OH and a member of the First United Presbyterian Church, Bellaire, Ohio where she served as a Church Elder.
Surviving is her mother, Margaret “Peggy” Petschouer Fields of Bellaire, OH, two brothers, Lawrence “Larry” (Judy) Fields Jr. of Rayland, Ohio and Thomas “Tom” Fields of Bellaire, OH, three nephews, 2 great-nieces and a great nephew.
Family and friends will be received Wednesday from 4 pm- 8 pm at the Bauknecht-Altmeyer Funeral Homes and Crematory, 441 37th Street, Bellaire, Ohio where funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday with Pastor Connie Quinn Officiating.
Burial follows in Holly Memorial Gardens, Pleasant Grove, Ohio.
