Harlei E. Parker, 20, of Bellaire, OH went on to a bigger adventure on Tuesday, November 7, 2017 with her great-grandmother, Ellen Conroy. She was born April 26, 1997 in Wheeling, WV, a daughter of Rickie and Angelique Maxian Parker.
Harlei was an AVID Cincinnati Bengals fan, a Catholic by faith and enjoyed her animals, her dogs Biscuit and Willow; her cats, Marshmallow, Tulip and Tez.
Surviving are her parents, Rickie and Angelique Parker of Bellaire; a sister, Lexie Parker of Bellaire; paternal grandparents, Rick and Pat Parker; maternal grandparent Joe Maxian and the late Kathy Nanney. Other friends and family are Aunt Shannon, Uncle Ike, Ellie Kate, Aunt Buffy, Uncle Lee, Nicole, Cierra, Aunt Diane, Uncle Roger, Bub, Emma, Tonya, Nichole, Michelle and Dr. Kristen Nelson, her extended Bengals family, Taylor Mays, Adam Jones, Dan Skuta and Ray Maualuga whom she loved very much. She was a Defense Girl.
Friends will be received on Friday from 2-8 pm at Bauknecht-Altmeyer Funeral Homes & Crematory 441 37th Street Bellaire with funeral services at 8 pm with Fr. Dan Heusel officiating.
If you are coming to the visitation and funeral, please don’t dress up, wear a football jersey. Go Bengals! Steelers stink.
Memorial contributions may be made to any Animal Shelter of the donor’s choice.

Harlei was a fighter at a very young age. We Neffs squad would come to transport her she would not go unless Todd or I were in with her and no one else was in the back
It was that way or she did go she always gave a fight WHO DAY
