Richard A. Jerico, II 59 of Heath, Ohio died Sunday, September 18, 2016 in the Licking Memorial Hospital in Newark, Ohio.

He was born April 28, 1957 in Bellaire, Ohio the son of Jean E. Coggins Jerico and the late Richard A. “Pike” Jerico.

Rich was a retired employee of the Capital Resin Corporation. A member of the Lincoln Avenue United Methodist Church in Shadyside,Ohio, a graduate of Shadyside High school and Ohio University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Education. He enjoyed golfing and was an avid Ohio State Buckeyes fan.

Surviving are his wife, Susan L. Wilson Jerico, whom he married on August 29, 1993, children, Ryan Richard (Brittany) Jerico of Coraopolis, Pennsylvania, Stacy (Diego) Ayala of Boca Raton, Florida and Michael (Lisa) Sabatino of Wall Township, New Jersey and his sister, Barbara (Chuck) Kaluger of Shadyside, Ohio.

Also four grandchildren, Tyler and Gabriella Jerico, Sebastian Michael Ayala and Olivia Sabatino, his niece, Laura (Jay) Gullion of Gahanna, Ohio and his nephews, Aaron Kaluger of St. Clairsville, Ohio and Andy Kaluger of Shadyside, Ohio.

Family and friends will be received at the Bauknecht-Altmeyer Funeral Homes & Crematory 3900 Central Avenue Shadyside, Ohio on Saturday from Noon until time of services at 5 pm with Tim Novena officiating.

A wake service will follow at the Community Center in Shadyside, Ohio.
