Thomas E. “Tom” Hess 69, of Powhatan Point, OH died May 3, 2017 at his home.
Tom was born July 20, 1947 in Bellaire, OH a son of Irene Glazeski Hess of Pipe Creek, OH and the late Eugene Hess.
He was retired from the Ormet Corporation, a member of Masonic Lodge Moriah #105 F & AM, and the American Legion Post # 228 all of Powhatan Pt. served with the US Army Reserves. He was a Methodist by faith.
Surviving is his wife, Donna K. Howell Hess, His mother, Sons J.D. Hess of Pipe Creek, OH, Mark Hess of Clarington, OH and Brian (Melanie) Hartwig of Ft. Bragg, NC, a sister Karen (Vern) Hammond of Jacobsburg, OH, 6 grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
A memorial visitation and service will be held at the Bauknecht-Altmeyer Funeral Homes and Crematory, 186 Main Street, Powhatan PT. OH Saturday 11am until time of memorial service at noon.
