I worked hand-in-hand with Audrey for many years it West Virginia Northern community college. Audrey taught me so many things as a colleague that I could never begin to comprehend all her knowledge. She taught me how to be a college professor, how to be a first rate culinarian, and how to strive for perfection. In my many to years teaching, after her retirement, I always told the students of her dedication to the program and to the profession. Heaven now has a great chef! My prayers to her beloved sons.
