Cassandra M. “Cassie” Spigarelli, 74 of Bellaire, Ohio died Tuesday, July 25, 2017 at the Belmont Community Hospital in Bellaire, Ohio.

She was born September 2, 1942 in Wheeling, West Virginia a daughter of the late Samuel and Grace Marie Carpenter Carcione.

Cassandra was a retired Nurse Anesthetist at Wheeling Hospital, Ohio Valley Medical Center, East Ohio Regional Hospital and Belmont Community Hospital. She was a member of the St. John Catholic Church in Bellaire, Ohio.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her stepmother, Tina Carcione.

Surviving are her husband, Angelo Spigarelli and three sons, James (Shannon) Spigarelli of Wheeling, West Virginia, Mark (Nikki) Spigarelli and Paul (Lorrie) Spigarelli both of Bellaire, Ohio, one brother, Sam (Linda) Carcione of Palm Coast, Florida and four sisters, Rosemarie (Jody) DiBias of Charleston, West Virginia, Sheri Clarke of Wheeling, West Virginia, Debbie Kotlas and Kim (Bob) Schmitt both of St. Clairsville, Ohio. Also three grandchildren, Bria, Dani and Gabby and several nieces and nephews.

Cassandra requested that there was to be no visitation. A Celebration of Cassandra’s life will be held at a date and time to be announced. Inurnment in the Rock Hill Cemetery in Bellaire, Ohio.
