Cecil W. Call, 74, of Bellaire, OH died Friday, September 18, 2020 at Country Club Retirement Campus. He was born July 10, 1946 in Asco, WV., a son of the late Alva and Emma Mitchell Call, Sr.

Cecil started out at North American Coal Company, Powhatan Mine in 1972 and retired from McElroy Mine in 2006 and was a member of UMWA and First Baptist Church in Woodsfield. He enjoyed fishing, hunting and spending time in nature.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by six brothers, Alva, Jr, Albert Lee, Charles David, Arthur, Ray, and Theodore Call; a sister, Martha Ann Saffell.

Surviving are his wife of 47 years, Susan Rosati Call of Ruskin, FL; two daughters, Emily (Brian) Sellers of Ruskin and Kay Nalley of Woodsfield, OH; a sister, Letha Mae Penyak of Powhatan Point, OH; three grandsons, Gene, Devin and Kevin Nalley all of Woodsfield.

Private graveside services will be held in Powhatan Cemetery at the convenience of the family.

He loved his family, and was so proud of his Grandsons. His brother, Ted, is taking him for a ride on his boat..through a sea of Stars.
