Charles E. “Chuckie” Palmer 58, of St. Clairsville, formerly of Shadyside, died February 13, 2019, at Wheeling Hospital.
Chuckie was born May 23, 1960, in Charleston, WV the son of Dale E. Palmer, a resident of Shadyside and the late Betty Snodgrass Palmer.
He was retired from contract based and security work, was a member of the Nashville Songwriters Association International and an Army veteran.
Preceding him in death, in addition to his mother, was a brother, Daryl Vancuren.
Surviving is his father, Dale E, Palmer of Shadyside, OH, two daughters: Cortnee L (Jesse Lombardi) Palmer of St. Clairsville and Danielle (John Tyler) Palmer of Powhatan PT.,OH ,two brothers, Jody (Val) Vancuren and Pat (Candi) Vancuren all of Flushing, OH, a sister Terri (Bill Fahey) Vancuren of Cookeville, TN, 5 grandchildren, Kayden, Sophia, Alexander, Jarren, and Adelyn, a lifetime friend Andrew Stone, and numerous other very close friends.
A memorial service will be announced next week. Arrangements by Bauknecht-Altmeyer Funeral Homes and Crematory, 3900 Central Avenue, Shadyside, Ohio.
