Charlotte Conner, 76, of Jacobsburg, OH, passed away Thursday, February 10, 2022, peacefully at home surrounded by her loving family.
She was born January 29, 1946 in Wheeling,WV a daughter of the late William C. Sr. and Betty Hall Edgar.
Charlotte retired from Bellaire Hospital after many years of service as a Registered Nurse. She was best known for her sense of humor, watching trivia game shows and playing along with her family, heart for animals, and passion for spending time with her beloved family. Most of all, Charlotte prided herself most in her ability to care for others with the utmost level of patience.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Donald J. Conner.
Surviving are her children; David (Margaret) Major II of Warrensburg, Missouri, Tammy (Todd) McFarland of Martins Ferry, Ohio, and Lori (Vernon Green) Major of Jacobsburg, Ohio. Siblings; Janet J. Edgar of New Jersey, William C. (Christy) Edgar Jr. of Jacobsburg, and Scott (Angie Lofquist Willis) Edgar. Grandchildren; Shane, Anthony, Katie, Olivia, and Dustin. Great-grandchildren; Elizabeth, Margaret, Juliana, and Baby Emmet.
Family and friends will be received at the Bauknecht-Altmeyer Funeral Homes & Crematory 3900 Central Avenue Shadyside, OH 43947 on Tuesday February 15, 2022 from 11-2pm and from 5-7pm. Private burial will be at the convenience of the family at Mt. Zion Cemetery.
