Gary M. Maas 60, of Mingo Junction, Ohio passed away Thursday, September 30, 2021 at his home.
He was born January 5, 1961, a son of the late Glenn and Onzel Bowden Maas
Gary was retired from the Belmont Correctional Institute, where he worked as an electrician. He was a United States Air Force Veteran, proud patriot and an avid hunter.
Surviving are his son, Shane (Ann-Marie) Maas; Daughters, Chantal Puth-Rettler, and Jessica Critser; Sisters, Julie Engle, Susie Elgaard, and Debbie Bradbury; Grandsons, Liam, Niklas, Luke and Philipp and his beloved furbaby, Nikita.
Family and Friends are invited to celebrate Gary’s life on Saturday October 23, 2021 at 11am at the Wheeling First Church of God 2066 Fairmont Pike Road, Wheeling WV 26003. All are invited to a luncheon immediately following the service.

You have touched so many lives and we are all forever greatful for the time we had with you. You where like a Dad to me and Derrick and a grandpa to Jonathan and Tyler. We love you so much and thank you for all you the time we had together. Your heart was so big and we will carry that with us and cherish all the memories. We love you Gary and untill we meet again in Heaven know you where Loved ❤️
