Judith “Judy” Ballog Doll, 69, of St. Clairsville, OH died Friday, December 28, 2018 at Ohio Valley Medical Center, Wheeling, WV. She was born February 1, 1949 in Wheeling, a daughter of the late George Ballog and Mildred Johnson McMahon.

Judy was a homemaker and a member of First Christian Church. She worked at several small local restaurants in St. Clairsville, over the years, where she befriended everyone. She was always involved in her children’s activities and volunteered at local agencies.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her step-father, Lawrence McMahon; a sister, Sherri Robertson; a step-brother, Larry McMahon; a brother-in-law, Roger Mayhugh.

Surviving are her husband, Tom Doll of St. Clairsville; a daughter, Shelly (Jerry) Marling of Quaker City, OH; a son, Matthew Doll of St. Clairsville; a sister, Nancy Mayhugh of Barnesville, OH; a brother, Michael (Shannon) Ballog of St. Clairsville; a brother-in-law, Jack Robertson and several nieces and nephews.

Friends will be received on Wednesday from 2-4 & 6-8 pm at Beck-Altmeyer Funeral Home & Crematory 204 West Main Street St. Clairsville, OH 43950 with funeral services on Thursday at 11 am with Pastor Jerry Garloch officiating. Burial will follow in Holly Memorial Gardens, Pleasant Grove, OH.

I was so sad to hear about Judy. She was a very special lady who loved her family so much. I feel blessed to have known her. I will always treasure our times of friendship being neighbors and sharing so much with our girls. My thoughts and prayers go out to Shelly, Tom and Matt. RIP dear friend!!
