Passed Away: December 22, 2020

Mary Santavicca, originally from Bellaire, OH passed away Tuesday Morning December 22, 2020 at Mayfield Heights Healthcare Center.

She was born January 18, 1916 a daughter of the late Nicola and Nunziata (Calvano) Fucso in Bellaire, Ohio.

Mary was a homemaker, loved to cook, crotchet and a member of the St. John Catholic Church.

She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother.

Mary loved spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

She was a kindhearted and loving person who always thought of others.

She will be sadly missed by family and friends.

Mary was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Albert Santavicca and her siblings, Carl (Goldie) Fusco and Leveda (Terzilio “William”) Lestini.

She is survived by her daughter Frances (Robert) Calamita of South Euclid, OH.

In addition she is survived by her grandchildren, Todd (Teresa) Calamita, Lance (Sarah) Calamita and Dean Calamita; as well as her great-grandchildren, Colin, Cameron, Riley and Dylan and her nephews, William (Delores) Lestini, Joseph (Anita) Lestini and Nick (Linda)Fusco.

Mary also has a brother-in-law in France Gino (Maria), a niece and nephew in France Franca and Emilio, a niece and nephew in Montreal, Mirella (Sherif) and Enzo (Jane), a niece in Belgium, Elena and her husband as well as a niece in Italy, Anna and her husband.

Due to COVID restrictions the family will have a private service at their convenience.

Burial will take place in Mt. Calvary Cemetery, Bellaire, Ohio.

Arrangements by the Bauknecht-Altmeyer Funeral Homes & Crematory 441, 37th street, Bellaire, Ohio 43906.

Memorial contributions will benefit St. John Catholic Church by going to “” or the charity of your choice.
