Patricia Mcguire, 88 of Sistersville, WV died Monday February 17, 2020 at her home.

A long time resident of Powhatan Point, Ohio she was born April 26, 1931 a daughter of the late Ralph and Rose (Miller) Thomas in Ned, PA.

Patricia was a Methodist by faith and a home maker.

She loved her family and was especially fond of animals.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Ramon Weldon McGuire; as well as a son Daniel McGuire and two brothers Richard and Bud Thomas.

She is survived by her children, Pamela (Ora) McClurg of Cocoa Beach, FL, Lori Pyles of Bowling Green, KY and Ronald (Kathy) McGuire of New Martinsville, WV.

In addition she is survived by her sisters Shirley (Bob) Rossi of Pittsburgh, PA and Sandra (Larry) Smith of Lodi, CA., along with 9 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.

The family also wishes to thank her caregivers Phyllis (Sam) Ritchie and their daughter Amy Morris of Sistersville, WV for their loving care and help over the years.

Family and friends will be received at the Bauknecht-Altmeyer Funeral Homes & Crematory 186, Main St. Powhatan Point, Ohio for a memorial gathering on Friday February 21, 2020 from 12 pm until time of service at 2 pm with Rev. James Hoff officiating.

Burial will take place at the convenience of the family at a later date.
