Richard W.Noll, 90 of St. Clairsville, Ohio died Monday February 19, 2018 at Wheeling Hospital.

He was born December 31, 1927 a son of the late John and Mary Helen (Steger) Noll in Wheeling, WV.

Richard graduated from the Linsly Military Institute and attended Washington and Jefferson Collage before serving his country in the U.S. Navy.

He worked for the Cress Studio as a photographer for many years until retirement.

He was an avid gardener, played the drums in the Bernie Glenn Band and spent his free time enjoying his love of photography outside of work.

He was married to Beatrice “Bee Bee” (Van Horne) Noll and spent 62 wonderful years with her.

Richard was preceded in death by his parents.

He is survived by his wife and his children, Richard (Karen) Noll of Wheeling, WV and Cheryl (Andrew Methven) Noll of Savannah, GA.

In addition he is survived by 5 grandchildren, Jessica, Zachary, Elenor,Josh (Kara) and Jeremiah (Betsy) and 2 great-grandchildren, Chance and James along with several nieces and nephews.

Family and friends will be received at the Beck-Altmeyer Funeral Homes & Crematory, 204 W. Main St. St. Clairsville, Ohio 43950 on Saturday February 24, 2018 from 1 pm until time of service at 4 pm with Rev. Homer Harden officiating.

Military honors will be conferred by the Belmont County Veterans Association.

Final disposition will be at the convenience of the family.
