Roger Jason Martin, 70, of Bellaire, OH passed away December 4, 2020 at his home.

He was born May 10, 1950 in Bellaire, OH a son of the late LeeRoy and Ethel Baker Martin.

He was retired from the Bellaire School District, was a Marine Corps Veteran of the Vietnam War, was a member of the American Legion Riders, Flushing, OH, VFW Post 626 Bellaire, and a Christian .

Preceding him in death, in addition to his parents, was a brother, John Martin.

Surviving is his significant other, Susan Clifford and her children, Shawn Clifford and Shaylee Stemkowski and her grandchildren Chance Anastasia ,
and Kloee Frazier all of Bellaire, OH, a son, Michael (Andrea) Martin of Columbus, OH and a daughter, Kitty (Edju) Kurko-Gavarkavich of Martins, Ferry, OH, 4 sisters, Linda (Jack) Donahue, Karen Jarvis and Cindy (David) Badia all of Bellaire, OH, and Bonnie (Dwight) Sanders of North Carolina, a sister-in-law, Wanda Martin of Shadyside, OH., several nieces and nephews including special niece Michelle Weyrick and her husband Harry and their daughter Olivia all of Bellaire, OH.

For those who are comfortable and able to attend, friends will be received at the Bauknecht-Altmeyer Funeral Homes and Crematory, 441 37th Street, Bellaire, OH ,Tuesday December 8, 2020 from noon until time of memorial service at 3pm with Reverend Bill Marinelli officiating.

The family requests that masks or face coverings be worn.
