Ruth Anne Morris, 75 of Wheeling, West Virginia formerly of Charlotte, North Carolina died Monday, January 29, 2018 at the UPMC Presbyterian Hospital in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.

She was born August 17, 1942 in Shadyside, Ohio a daughter of the late Cecil and Bessie Williams Morris.

She was a retired employee of the Mecklenburg County Youth and Family Services, a Protestant by faith and a member of the Shadyside American Legion Post 521 Auxiliary.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two sisters, Hazel Morris and Mary Jane Baker and her brother, Cecil Morris, Jr.

Surviving are her sister, Viola Mozena of Rochester, Pennsylvania, two nieces, Holly Baker and Valerie Cifaldi, one nephew, Nicholas Cifaldi and three great nieces and two great nephews.

Family and friends are invited to a memorial gathering on Monday from 11 am until time of the Celebration of Ruth Anne’s life at 1 pm at the Bauknecht-Altmeyer Funeral Homes & Crematory 3900 Central Avenue Shadyside, Ohio with Rev Randy Weaver officiating. Inurnment in the Powhatan Cemetery in Powhatan Point, Ohio.
