NEELY, Steven James, 60 of St.Clairsville, OH died Monday June 29, 2015 at The Ohio State University Ross Heart Hospital.
He was born January 29, 1955 at Barnesville, OH the son of Theodore and Janet Toohey Neely.
A graduate of Steubenville High School he was the owner of Cumberland Trail Tile. He loved music and fishing.
Surviving are his wife Maureen Carroll Neely, two brothers Thomas (Gayla) Neely, Bethesda, OH and Jack (Pattie Schreiber) Phelps, Ft. Meyers, FL.
The gift of his corneas was donated upon his death.
There will be no visitation. Arrangements will be at the convenience of the family.

This is so difficult for us to believe and accept. Steve and Tom did some work for us over the years and we became good friends. Steve was always so pleasant and kind and just a truly good man. He will be missed by many. Please accept our heartfelt condolences. You are in our thoughts and prayers.
