Terry Joe Hollingshead, 66 of Bellaire, Ohio died Saturday, February 8, 2020 at his home.

He was born September 4, 1953 in Bellaire, Ohio son of the late Charles and Josephine Heath Hollingshead.

Terry was a member of the Belmont County Salvation Army in Bellaire, Ohio and an employee of the former Imperial Glass Corporation in Bellaire, Ohio and Hesco Manufacturing in Wheeling, West Virginia. He was a US Air Force veteran.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two sisters, Patricia McFeley and Edna Mae “Mazie” Warner and six brothers, Gary “Gunny”, Charles “Chuck”, Thomas “Tom”, John, Bruce and Richard Hollingshead.

Surviving are his wife, Tammy Sechrest Hollingshead, daughter, Melissa Hollingshead of Nashville, Tennessee, two sons, Corey (Kate) Sechrest of Washington, Pennsylvania and David Hollingshead of Bellaire, Ohio, three sisters, Shirley Brown of Powhatan Point, Ohio, Kay (John) Abrigg of Wheeling, West Virginia and Sharon Kinder of Bellaire, Ohio. Also his granddaughter, Ciaran Sechrest and several nieces and nephews.

A Celebration of Terry’s Life will be held on Friday, February 14, 2020 at the Belmont County Salvation Army in Bellaire, Ohio from 3pm until time of memorial services at 5 pm with Major Louis Patrick officiating.

The Belmont County Veterans Association will confer Full Military Honors on Friday at 4:45 pm.
