Wilbert “Will” Miller, TOGETHER AGAIN with the love of his life, Helen Irene Milller “Little Boss.”

Wilbert “Will” Lee Miller, 78, of Shadyside, Ohio, died peacefully Wednesday, April 20, 2016 at his home surrounded by his loving family.

He was born a fire-cracker baby on July 4, 1937 in Bridgeport, Ohio the son of Arthur “Art” Nickerson and Mary Francis Seevers.

Wilbert was a retired over-head crane man from the Ormet Corporation in 1990 and was a retired over-the-road truck driver for J.C. Caruth, Eck Miller and Jaro Trucking. He was a catholic by faith and a long-standing member of St. Mary Catholic Church in Shadyside. He was also an avid fisherman and a huge fan of Notre Dame and Ohio State football as well as the Cleveland Browns.

Along with his wife of 57 years and his parents, Wilbert was preceded in death by a daughter, Penny Jo Nieman, and his brother, William Miller.

He is survived by son, James (Loretta) Miller of Shadyside, his daughter, Pamela (Tracy) Watson of Shadyside and his sister Mickey (Charles) Landis of Colerain. Also nine grandchildren, Jamie (Carl) Honeywell of Bellaire, Kelly (Brian) Young of Mingo, Kristin (Brent) Volan of Cadiz, Billy Nieman of Martins Ferry, Amber (Robert) Bundock of Shadyside, Ashley (Nathaniel) Haney of Tampa, Fla., Kayla and J.W. Miller of Shadyside and Lisa Miller of Bellaire. Also 15 great-grandchildren, Caden, Jalob “Larry” and Isabella Honeywell of Bellaire, Kalyn, Mason and Brilyn Young of Mingo, Bryden, Brooklyn and Brennan Volan of Cadiz, Emilee Nieman of Martins Ferry, Karsyn and Kamry Bundock of Shadyside, Alyssa, Madison and Lillianna Miller of Bellaire.

Family and friends will be received at the Bauknecht-Altmeyer Funeral Homes & Crematory, 3900 Central Avenue Shadyside on Sunday from 2-8 pm.  A brief showing will be held at Bauknecht-Altmeyer at 10 am before services will be held at  St. Mary Catholic Church in Shadyside at 11 am with Fr. Samuel R. Saprano officiating.  Interment will be held in Greenwood Cemetery in Bellaire, Ohio

Vigil service will be held at the funeral home on Sunday at 7:30 pm.
