William “Billy” Newell died on Sunday May 3, 2020 in the company of his family.
He was born November 9, 1968 a son of the late William and Doris (Whitlatch) Newell in Wheeling, WV.
Billy worked for Norris Environmental Inc in asbestos abatement.
He loved to hunt and fish and just being outdoors.
He was always happy and lived for the moment and he cherished the time he spent with his family and friends.
He is survived by his loving partner of 26 years Snow Wilson of Wheeling. WV.
In addition he is survived by his sister Tina Newell of Bellaire, Ohio, his children Anthony Cunningham-Newell, Kayla Wilson and Matthew Wilson and his grandchildren, Dru Hugus, Jordan Marvin, Riquarri Suggs, and Avontay Dobbins.
A memorial service for Billy will be held at a later date.
Arrangements by the Bauknecht-Altmeyer Funeral Homes & Crematory 441, 37th street, Bellaire, Ohio 43906.
Memorial contributions will benefit the family with final and future expenses at “TMCFunding.com“.

Me and billy and his dad were fishing on piedmont lake in 1990 when the floods hit on weegee creek,our boat motor died and we had to get I the water and both of us swam Pulling the boat behind us. We were at Reynolds rd. We made it back late . We all went to Shadyside to help if we could. Rip. Bill
