So very sorry to hear of Phil's passing. Spent many years with Phil volunteering for the Belmont County NRA Banquet. He was always a joy to be around. My deepest condolences to the Family.

To the entire Andes Family----Years before Phil took over the Insurance Agency, we worked together at #5 coal mine, NACCO. I believe the early 70's were the years. Phil was young and a very fun person to be around. We enjoyed many laughs, many good times. It is no surprise to me that success followed him, you knew it was going to happen. To his family, my condolences on your loss. Heaven just gained an ex-coal miner/insurance man to help new arrivals see their way. Sincerely, Mark L. Striebich

Phil and I sat by each other in grade school. We were both left handed and used to get in trouble for using our left hands! One teacher we had smacked our hands with a ruler. He was always supportive!!I considered him a good friend! So sorry for your loss!!

Thinking of his family. Phil grew up with him and Bill went to Kent with him. He was a good guy!

Phil and I became friends in early elementary school and remained close through our college years at Kent State. I regret that we had not stayed in touch for quite some time. I will remember him fondly. My condolences to his family.
