Thank you from the bottom of my heart Joe for believing in me when others would not. Your faith in me and the sight you created for me helped me through the rough times! You will be missed and I hope to live up to your expectations of me 5 years ago! Thank you my friend and you will be missed deeply!

Look forward to the time promised when we can welcome back our loved ones from the sleep that only our heavenly Father can awaken them from. (John 11:11; 5:28,29) God's Word gives us the sure hope of the resurrection, of being raised to life once again. (Acts 24:15)

I met Joe and Joelle when he had the bar out 4th Street in Moundsville. Wow. That was SO LONG AGO. We met again about 2 years ago when I was working at the gas station in Ferry. He was a GREAT guy,and I was so sad to hear of his passing. Prayers and positive vibes to his family and friends.

When Joey was five years old he came home for a trial run to see if he would stay with us when his sister was born. It turned out to be the real thing! His sister was born the next day. We had so9 much fun with him. He wanted to take a shower so I set everything up for him. He wanted to use the hand held shower & that was ok. I didn't have to go check on him because he sang the whole time he was in there. When he got out & dressed I went in to gather up the towels and we all laughed because water was dripping from the ceiling. We were also shopping for a new car at the time. Rich was dealing and Joey & I were in the car lot playing with rocks. We had fun. I didn't get to see Joey much but I sure did love him.

You were taken to soon my brother from another mother.I find myself looking back at my child hood as I watch my children play and I think of all the fun times we shared in the Ticarich household..whether we were riding our Honda 70's in the clinic parking lot, trying to avoid the cops,or waking up at the crack of dawn to your mom yelling at us to GET UP cause we had a Pee Wee wrestling tournament...you were like a big brother to me I think I spent more time at your house than my own! As we got older we still hung out and did cthings and I'll always cherish those memories! Rest Easy Bro

I will always remember my nephew for his big heart and the love we shared in his younger days riding the mower and working beside his grandfather Ross.
