I was fortunate to have been a co-worker (nurse) at the clinic with Jack foe many years. Jack always had a smile . He was a joy to work with. May precious memories be yours and may you be comforted knowing God takes only the best.

Harry and I met Jack at Care Center. He truly had sense of humor every time he would knock something from his tray, he always told them Harry did it. Funny the' ask Harry if he did answer was if Jack said I did I did it. Sorry he passed.

Such wonderful memories of your father. He always treated my mother and I with the upmost respect and I always enjoyed seeing him at the clinic so many years ago. It was pleasure to make his life in the last few days a bit more comfortable. I will always hold him dear in my heart
